Spring clamp, short arm, multi-axis ball joint, small spring-armed cradle. In design and feel, it’s identical to the JunDa and YAOKEEP mounts.
Light plastics, a firm clamp, and joints that hold once they’re set. Nothing about the build stands out, good or bad.
Clip it to the lip of the dashboard, a mirror stalk or a sun visor, and set the angle. No adhesive, no cleaning, no residue. You’ll need both hands to seat the phone.
On a firm edge, it holds a slim phone and keeps the angle you choose, but on rough roads, the light build lets the phone jiggle around more than you’d like, and a phone in a thick case is a tight fit. It works.
With 11,500 ratings behind it, the 3.8-star average is a well-established figure, and it tells you this mount works acceptably for most owners and poorly for a real share of them, usually because of the cradle fit or the clamp’s grip.
