Think of this as three chances to get it right. ESR’s Armorite pack gives you three tempered-glass protectors for the iPhone 17 Pro Max and an alignment frame, so installing one is easy, and if a sheet cracks you just put on the next.
That matters, because how long each sheet lasts varies a lot from one owner to the next.

One-sentence verdict: Buy it if you want an easy-to-install glass protector with a couple of spares and you’re happy to treat a crack as a swap; skip it if you want one protector to last the life of the phone, or you need perfect edge adhesion under a tight case.

Three sheets and an alignment frame — install is easy, longevity is the question.

It’s standard full-coverage tempered glass with a thin printed black border and an oil-repellent top layer, and the alignment frame comes in the box.
The glass itself is fine. It’s smooth, clear and doesn’t get in the way of touch. Where things vary is around the edges, because adhesion at the perimeter is where most owner complaints land, and it gets worse under cases with a raised lip that presses on the border.
Wipe the screen with the cloth, use the dust sticker to lift any specks, drop the frame over the phone, lay the protector in and press from the middle outwards. Most people get a clean result. A few end up chasing edge bubbles.
The good parts are easy to list: installation is simple, touch response is unaffected, and coverage runs edge to edge. It’s fine with most cases, too.
Glare and fingerprints are about average for clear glass. The weak spots are how the edges feel and how well they stay down, and whether a sheet survives a drop seems to come down to luck.

Here’s the split in a sentence: many owners get a protector that lives through drops and daily use, and a real share get one that cracks early.
The three-pack is ESR’s answer. A crack costs you a spare instead of another order, and ESR also has a replacement policy through its support team.
At $21.99 for three, each sheet is cheap, and the install frame is a real convenience on top.
As a buy-once, swap-as-needed pack, it’s fair value. If you want a single protector to last for years, the inconsistency becomes a problem, and one premium protector may suit you better. Under about $18, we’re happy recommending it.

| Product | Best for | Key advantage | Main drawback | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ESR Armorite Screen Protector (3-Pack) (this pack) | An easy-install protector with spares | Frame install, a few dollars a sheet, full coverage | Edge adhesion complaints; durability inconsistent | $21.99 |
| ZAGG Glass+ Screen Protector | A single ZAGG protector for older iPhones | Brand name, easy install | Cracking and edge-lift reports; single sheet | $17.34 |
| TORRAS Uncrackable 9H+ Privacy (2-Pack) | Privacy plus a spare | Full-space fit, stylish edge, two sheets | Privacy film dims the screen; durability mixed | $31.49 |
Want a privacy filter instead? The TORRAS Uncrackable 2-pack is the one to look at, with the usual privacy-glass trade-off in brightness. For plain clear glass with spares, this ESR pack is the value pick.
For a value protector, this pack gets the important things right. The frame makes installing it easy, and because there are three sheets, a crack is a cheap fix instead of a fresh purchase. Coverage is full, touch is unaffected and the Camera Control cutout sits where it should.
Consistency is the catch. Edge adhesion draws steady complaints, particularly under tight cases, and whether a sheet survives a drop seems to vary from owner to owner, which is how you end up with a 4.3-star average that hides a fair number of frustrated buyers. Buy it as a pack you’ll swap from when you need to and it’s a sensible choice. Expect one flawless sheet for years and you’re gambling.
