Home/Google Pixel/Chargers/Pixelsnap-Style Magnetic Wireless Charger
Google’s own Pixelsnap charger is a good idea with a premium price. This third-party magnetic puck does the same job for $15.98: bring the Pixel close, the magnets pull it into line, and it starts charging.
Tens of thousands of ratings back it up. For most Pixel owners, it’s the cheap way into magnetic wireless charging.

Version reviewed: Magnetic Wireless Charger for Google Pixel 11, Pixel 10 and Pixel 9 series · ASIN B0FP4NF6PY · Amazon US listing · a magnetic (Pixelsnap / MagSafe-style) case is required on a Pixel 9, which has no built-in magnets.
One-sentence verdict: Buy it if you have a Pixel 11 or Pixel 10 and want cheap magnetic wireless charging; it runs warm like every charger in this class, and a Pixel 9 needs a magnetic case first.
Snaps to the Pixel’s built-in magnets (Pixel 11 and 10) or a magnetic case (Pixel 9), and charges through cases up to about 3 mm.

| Version reviewed | Third-party magnetic wireless charger for Pixel 11 / 10 / 9 · ASIN B0FP4NF6PY · Amazon US |
It’s a compact round puck with a magnetic charging face and a USB-C input on the edge, on a short cable. Plain and light.
No stand. No fan. It’s a simple flat magnetic charger that sits on a desk or a nightstand, or sticks to the back of your phone while you hold it.
Plug the cable into your own wall adapter and bring the Pixel close. On a Pixel 11 or 10 the magnets pull it into position, while a Pixel 9 needs a magnetic case first, and either way it starts charging straight away with nothing to set up.
The magnetic hold is firm, and on the newer Pixels, alignment happens by itself. That’s the big win over a flat pad, where a nudge can leave you with a phone that never charged.
Speed is reasonable for magnetic wireless charging. Heat is the limit, and it’s shared with the whole category, Google’s own charger included: with only passive cooling, the puck and the phone warm up, and over a long charge the phone may slow itself down to protect the battery. Overnight, or for a top-up, it’s fine.

For a cheap charger, 16,100 ratings at 4.6 stars is a settled, positive record. Wear points? The port and cable. With no clear brand, the warranty is whatever the seller offers, and the listing doesn’t print a term.
At $15.98, it costs a lot less than Google’s own Pixelsnap charger and sits alongside other third-party magnetic pucks.
If you own a Pixel 11 or Pixel 10, want magnetic wireless charging and don’t need active cooling, this is the sensible buy. Same core job as Google’s. Far less money. Want the fastest, coolest wireless charging you can get? Then a fan-cooled or first-party charger is the upgrade.

| Product | Best for | Key advantage | Main drawback | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pixelsnap-Style Magnetic Wireless Charger (this charger) | Cheap magnetic wireless charging on a Pixel | $15.98; auto-aligns on Pixel 11/10; 16,100 ratings | Runs warm; Pixel 9 needs a case; unclear brand | $15.98 |
| Anker 313 Wireless Charger Pad | A cheap flat pad from a brand with a warranty | Anker reliability; 18-month warranty | No magnets, so no alignment; slower for the phone | $18.99 |
| 25W Qi2 Magnetic Charger 2-Pack | Two magnetic pucks for home and travel | Magnetic alignment; two units | Speed varies unit to unit; no brand support | $16.99 |
For a Pixel 11 or 10, this puck is the value pick. If you’d rather have a brand with a warranty behind it, an Anker flat pad is the safer buy, though it won’t line the phone up magnetically, and if you need a charger in two places, a two-pack of magnetic pucks is the way to go.
If you have a Pixel 11 or Pixel 10, this is the sensible way to get magnetic wireless charging without paying Google’s premium. On the newer Pixels the magnets line it up automatically, it charges through a normal case, and 4.6 stars from 16,100 ratings say it does the job reliably.
It shares the one weakness of the whole category, Google’s own Pixelsnap hardware included, which is heat: passive cooling means warm charging and possible throttling over a long session. A Pixel 9 needs a magnetic case first, too. Within those limits, you get a lot for $15.98.

A Pixel 11 or Pixel 10 has magnets built in, so the charger lines up by itself. A Pixel 9 has no magnets, so you’ll need a magnetic (Pixelsnap or MagSafe-style) case for it to attach and line up.
It does the same core job, magnetic alignment and wireless charging, for a fraction of the price. Google’s hardware is better finished, but it’s been criticised for the same heat issue.
Usually not. A USB-C cable is included, but a wall adapter typically isn’t, so use a USB-C charger that can supply enough power for the wireless output.
It runs warm while charging, because the cooling is passive. Over a long charge, the phone may slow itself down to protect the battery, but for overnight or top-up charging it’s fine.
Yes. MagSafe iPhones have magnets built in, so it attaches and charges without a special case.
