It is a small white cube with a single USB-C port and fixed prongs. There is nothing to evaluate about the design beyond ‘it is small and it does not block the second outlet’, which is exactly what you want. Build quality is solid, and the well-documented tendency of cheap bricks to run hot is not an issue here.
Plug it in, plug a USB-C cable into it, charge. That is the entire experience.
For a wall charger, performance is wattage, charge time, heat and multi-device behaviour. It delivers a clean 20W over USB-PD, charges a modern iPhone to roughly half in half an hour, runs cool, and unlocks 15W on Apple’s MagSafe puck. The only limitation is that it is a single port, so there is no multi-device behaviour to speak of.

If you want to charge two devices or a laptop, buy a multi-port GaN charger instead. We would call this a clear buy at or below $15, which is its normal price.
