Two identical white magnetic pucks on braided USB-C cables. The magnet ring lines up with MagSafe and holds the phone firmly, which is the main thing this design needs to get right, and it does. Beyond that the build is basic, and owner reports suggest quality is not perfectly consistent between units.
Plug a puck into any USB-C adapter you own, snap the phone on. There is no adapter in the box, so you supply one. Placement is automatic thanks to the magnet.
