It’s a rounded black brick with one USB-C port, two USB-A ports and a four-dot battery gauge.
It’s noticeably chunkier than a slim 10,000mAh bank. That’s the trade-off Belkin makes for a sturdier build and, according to its packaging, more recycled content. It feels well made, and the ports are firm.
Plug in the included USB-A to USB-C cable, or one of your own, and it starts charging as soon as it’s connected, without a button press, which is handy when you’re passing it to someone across a table and don’t want to explain how it works. The gauge gives you a rough idea of how much is left, and you recharge the bank through its USB-C port.
This bank is slow by design. The most it’ll give any one device is 15W, and that 15W gets shared out if you plug in more than one thing, so with three devices connected, everything trickles.
Its strength? It delivers most of its rated capacity. Independent testing put the usable figure around 8,900mAh, which is a good result, and it holds up over time. For overnight charging and topping up a few small devices, it’s fine. For getting a phone from 10% to usable in a hurry, it’s the wrong tool.

Where the value lies is the warranty, the efficiency and the three ports, not the speed or the capacity. If a two-year warranty and topping up several small devices matter more to you than charging quickly, it earns its price. If not, there are better-value options.

For about the same money, the Anker 10,000mAh 30W charges faster and packs slimmer, and the CUKTECH 45W doubles the capacity. Choose the Belkin specifically for its two-year warranty and three ports, if you top up several small devices and speed doesn’t matter.
