A rounded black brick with one USB-C port, two USB-A ports and a four-dot battery gauge. It is noticeably chunkier than a slim 10,000mAh bank — the trade-off Belkin makes for a sturdier build and, per its packaging claims, more recycled content. It feels well made and the ports are firm.
Plug in the included USB-A to USB-C cable, or your own, and press nothing — it starts on connection. The gauge shows roughly how much charge is left. Recharge it through the USB-C port.
This is a slow bank by design. 15W is the most it will give any device, and that 15W is shared if you plug in more than one thing, so three devices at once trickle. What it does well is deliver most of its rated capacity — independent testing put usable capacity around 8,900mAh, which is a good result — and hold up over time. For overnight and top-up duty across a few small devices, it is fine. For getting a phone from 10% to usable in a hurry, it is the wrong tool.
