Samsung phones are fussy about fast charging. To hit their top wired speed they need a specific handshake called PPS, plus a cable rated for 5A, and plenty of third-party bricks don’t provide one or the other.
The EP-T4510 is Samsung’s own 45W charger, and it comes with the right cable. You plug it in and the fast-charge numbers simply work.

It’s a square GaN brick, a little bigger than Apple’s 20W adapter, with a fixed two-prong plug and one USB-C port. Nothing special to look at, and solidly made.
Moving to GaN from Samsung’s older 45W adapter has made it smaller, and it helps the charger shed heat when it’s working hard for a long stretch.
Plug it in, connect the cable that came with it, and a Samsung phone switches to Super Fast Charging 2.0 on its own.
That cable matters more than it sounds. A standard 3A USB-C cable caps the charger well below 45W, so if you swap in whatever cable is lying around, you may never see the speed you paid for, while the one in the box is rated for the full 5A.
On a Samsung phone it does exactly what it promises. You get the full 45W PPS profile, and that takes real time off getting from empty to half full.
From empty to 100%, though, the lead over a 25W charger shrinks to a few minutes, because the phone slows charging as it fills up and warms. Plug in anything that isn’t a Samsung and it behaves like a normal 45W USB-C PD charger, which is plenty for a phone, a tablet or a MacBook Air.

Samsung’s own accessories have a solid reliability record, and this GaN version runs cooler than the model it replaced, which should help it last. There’s a limited warranty, with no term on the listing. With 4.4 stars from several thousand ratings, it looks like a charger that does its job without drama.
At $24.90, the EP-T4510 is priced like a single mid-range GaN brick. A two-pack of Anker 45W chargers costs $29.99 but comes without cables, and the dual-port UGREEN Nexode 45W is $23.99.
What you’re paying for is certainty. It’s a first-party charger with the correct cable, and it removes any doubt about whether your phone hits its rated speed. If that matters to you, it’s money well spent. If you already own a good 45W PPS brick and a 5A cable, you don’t need this one.

Get the Samsung if you want zero doubt about your Galaxy’s charging speed and you’d like the right cable in the box. Already have a 5A cable? Then the UGREEN Nexode 45W gives you two ports for about the same money, and if you need chargers in more than one room, the Anker two-pack is the better deal.
Safe. Boring. Correct. For charging a Samsung phone quickly, that’s exactly what you want. The PPS handshake is guaranteed, the 5A cable that makes 45W possible is in the box, and GaN keeps the whole thing small and cool. Most Galaxy owners can buy it and forget about it.
Any caveats are about expectations rather than the charger itself, and the main one is that the jump from 25W to 45W, while real, turns out to be fairly modest over a full charge once the phone starts slowing itself down to manage heat. The fixed plug is bulkier in a bag than a folding brick, and there’s only one port. If you’re a Samsung owner who just wants charging to work properly, none of that should change your mind.
